You've worked hard to create income and provide for the people who matter most. The next step is learning how to turn that hard work into assets designed to support your family's financial future. Legacy Forerunners helps family-oriented professionals and business owners better understand passive real estate and the principles behind building long-term, generational wealth.
Build With Clarity. Invest With Purpose. Think Generationally.

For many successful professionals and business owners, income is closely connected to personal performance.
You work. You lead. You sell. You build. You solve problems.
And your family benefits from the income your effort creates.
But eventually, an important question emerges:
What are you building with everything you’re earning?
There’s a difference between earning income and owning assets.
Income helps provide for life today.
Assets can become part of the financial foundation you’re building for tomorrow.
At Legacy Forerunners, we believe real estate can play a role in helping families make that transition from relying primarily on active income toward building long-term wealth through ownership.
Your hard work creates income. What you own can help create legacy.
For nearly a decade, Zach Speegle supported his family and a men’s ministry while depending heavily on his ability to perform and produce income, primarily through door-to-door sales.
He knew what it felt like to carry the responsibility of providing while understanding that if he stopped producing, the income could stop too.
That experience shaped the way he began thinking about financial freedom.
Zach wasn’t looking for a way to avoid hard work.
Real estate gave him a way to start turning earned income and effort into ownership and assets.
That shift eventually became about something bigger than income.
It became about building something his children and grandchildren could carry forward.

Building generational wealth requires more than finding exciting opportunities.
It requires discipline.
At Legacy Forerunners, we believe real estate should make sense both on paper and in practice.
Cash flow matters. Operating expenses matter. Market fundamentals matter. Execution matters. And risk matters.
Zach learned through operating real estate that revenue alone doesn’t determine whether a business is healthy.
What matters is what happens after the expenses, challenges, and realities of operating the asset are taken into account.
That’s why our philosophy is straightforward:

Zach Speegle is the founder of Legacy Forerunners and a real estate entrepreneur whose background includes leadership, sales, nonprofit work, relationship building, and hands-on real estate operations.
Before building his real estate business, Zach spent nearly a decade supporting his family and a men’s ministry while relying heavily on performance-based income. That experience gave him a deep appreciation for hard work.It also showed him its limitations.
There are only so many hours in a day.
Real estate introduced Zach to a different model—one centered around ownership, assets, operations, and building beyond his individual effort.
In November 2022, Zach launched his first short-term rental.
The beginning wasn’t easy.
When the business initially struggled, Zach went back to the fundamentals. He studied the numbers, adjusted the pricing strategy, improved operations, and kept solving problems.
That operator mindset eventually helped him grow to 17 short-term rental listings, acquire five properties, build teams and owner relationships, and report approximately $1.35 million in bookings over the previous 12 months at the time of his assessment.
Today, those experiences shape the philosophy behind Legacy Forerunners.
Work hard. Own wisely. Build beyond yourself.
